The service from Les was starkly different. Immediately after our old tenant vacated, Les was proactive, keeping us informed from day one. He provided a detailed inspection report, discussed necessary improvements with us, and efficiently managed the renovation process without any delays. Throughout the process, Les kept us in the loop for each property viewing, and once a new tenant was selected, he completed the reference checks at an impressive speed—a task our previous firm took a month to complete!

Thanks to Les's efficiency, the transition between tenants was nearly seamless, with the old tenant moving out on March 17th and the new tenant moving in by April 27th.
